Characteristics:

The RIBON refrigerated tumbler/cooling tumbler operates through an integrated independent refrigeration system working in conjunction with a jacket surrounding the outer wall of the drum. Its core purpose is to precisely control the temperature during prolonged marinating and tumbling of meat products, thereby addressing two critical pain points: ensuring food safety and enhancing final product quality.

2.1 The related parts are cut using fully automated laser cutting equipment, ensuring high precision.

    

  

2.2 Fully automated welding ensures both welding strength and an aesthetic finish.

The tumbler lid and drum are welded using fully automatic welding machines with gas-shielded welding technology. This achieves deeper weld penetration than argon arc welding and ensures lifelong, maintenance-free performance.

 

 

2.3 Drum balancing is performed after the drum welding is completed to guarantee the operational stability of the equipment during the customer's subsequent production.

 

 

3. Strict Quality Control for Key Components
We implement strict quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process, placing particular emphasis on key components that directly affect product performance and reliability. For these critical parts, we have established comprehensive QC procedures covering incoming material inspection, in-process parameter monitoring, and dimensional accuracy verification. Each batch of key components is subject to stringent testing based on predefined specifications, and only components that meet all criteria are approved for assembly.
